ingredients
8-10 chicken drumsticks
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp wine vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp dark brown sugar
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins)

method
- Using a sharp knife make several slahses in each drumstick.
- Mix all the ingredients and cover the drumsticks. Leave to marinate.
- Grill the chicken until crispy and meat is cooked, turning frequently.
- Serve hot or cold.
